We have a highly experienced team including a Podiatrist, Physiotherapist and Biokineticist. We are expecting new additions in the New Year so watch this space..!
Pilates
Our Biokinetistist, Emma, offers 1-1 Pilates classes which will strengthen you core, improve posture and increase flexibility.
Sports Massage
Want to increase sporting performance? Interested in preventing injuries and reducing the recovery period following an injury? Sports Massage promotes all of these things are more. To find out more information, ask for Emma.
Totem School Bags
Totem Orthopaedic school bags are now available to order from our physiotherapist, Kirsten Morse. Due to their huge success already, this will be subject to availability. Get your child all geared up for starting the school term. Eye catching lunch bags also for the adults!
